How to return goods
Ship the goods to the following address:

- Extended return period through 15.1.2023.
- The goods must be in their original condition, unworn and in the original packaging with original tags.
- Customer is paying the shipping fee.
- The exchange of goods is not possible. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order.
- If the goods arrived damaged or used, you must inform our customer service team within 24 hours by phone or e-mail.
Fill out the return form you’ve got in the package.
Alternatively, you can download it in your profile in the order overview.
Put the form together with unused products into the original, intact package/ bag, with the original barcode/ tag.
Drop your parcel off in the nearest post office/ courier.
The shipping is paid by the customer.
Do not send goods via cash on delivery.
Personal drop-off at this address is not possible.
After receiving the goods, we will inform you per email and refund the money to your card or PayPal account.
The refund will be processed in 14 days.
