Recommended dosage: For best results, dissolve 2 heaping teaspoons (13 g) of our BCAA Powerpunch in 500 - 750 ml of cold water. Individuals weighing 85 kg and more should take 4 heaping teaspoons.

Usage: Shake well for at least 30 seconds. Drink before, during, and after training.
