PENCO® PELUPA is an instant healthy nutrition based on corn and honey. Provides all the necessary nutrients to maintain performance and reduce the sense of hunger during training or race. In addition to a wide range of vitamins and minerals, it contains the full-bodied proteins necessary for muscle regeneration and growth, and polysaccharides that provide the necessary amount of energy to initiate a new day. Unlike other similar products in our market, PENCO® PELUPA is exceptional due to its high lecithin content. PENCO® PELUPA is very suitable as a carbohydrate diet in front of sports performance, we recommend it for both short-term power and endurance loads. It is enriched with a wide range of vitamins, especially vitamins C, B6, B12 and folic acid, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system. It is newly enriched with iron in an organic, well-utilized form. Iron promotes normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and contributes to the transfer of oxygen in the body. Iron uptake increases high vitamin C content. One dose of PENCO® PELUPA contains 10 mg of iron, which is about 70% of the recommended daily dose. Iron supplementation is especially important for endurance athletes to maintain performance.

COMPOSITION: extruded corn, dried milk, dried vegetable drink (glucose syrup, coconut fat, emulsifier: tartaric acid mono- and diacylglycerols esters with tartaric acid, stabilizer: potassium phosphates, anti-caking agent: silica), sucrose, cocoa powder, glucose, honey, citrus pectin, emulsifier soy lecithin, sunflower oil, (L-ascorbic acid, 50% tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiaminmononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin) antioxidants: vitamin E (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate) and L-ascorbyl-6-palmitate), iron fumarate.

PREPARATION AND DOSAGE: For adults 4 measuring cups (50g) of powder mix in about 140 ml of water or milk for porridge, for children from 12 years 2 scoops (25g) in 70 ml, for children from 3 years 1 scoop (15g) . I will be there for breakfast or for snack, alone, or maybe combined with marmalade, compote or fresh fruit. To increase glycogen stores, we recommend PENCO® PELUPA daily at least 3-4 days before the race and at least once 1-3 hours before performance.
