How to prepare Powerdrink:

It doesn't matter if you're running, cycling or tackling the obstacles at a Spartan Race. It doesn't matter how much you weigh or measure. It doesn't even matter how long the race is. Powerdrink is there for you no matter what! Because Czech experts have developed it so that everyone can mix exactly the right amount of energy they need for their performance. How to do it?

Normal load:

50-70kg - 3 dumbbells
70-90kg - 4 scoops
90-105kg - 5 scoops
105kg+ - 6 scoops

Extreme load:

For extreme loads it is advisable to increase the dose of powerdrink. It is recommended to add 1-2 dashes for each weight category

Preparation:

Mix one scoop in 50-100ml of water.
Do not squeeze the Edgar in the measuring cup. The scoop holds 25g of the mixture.
Sip 60-90 min before exercise.
