Recommended dosage: To get 21 g of protein, mix 1 scoop (33 g) with 200-250 ml of water or milk, to get 42 g of protein, mix 2 scoops (66 g) with 400-500 ml of cold water or milk. Mix well and let stand for 30 seconds. Take during the day, before exercise, after training, or before bed. Adjust your daily protein intake to 1-5 doses depending on your physical goals and protein requirements.
