Conjugated linoleic acid CLA Amix Green Day CLA 1000 90 capsules is a food supplement with 80% content of conjugated linoleic acid in a soft gelatin capsule. Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring group of linoleic acid derivatives found in beef, dairy products and vegetable oils (sunflower and safflower). CLA is a naturally occurring Omega 6 fatty acid that the human body cannot produce on its own and must be supplied through diet or supplements.

Recommended dosage: 1 capsule daily, preferably with food. Drink plenty of water.
